Ladies Knitted Jacket - Chimayo Design - Lemon and Charcoal

This is a luxurious, double layered knitted jacket with zipper. They are built to last and are a top quality item to add to your winter wardrobe.

The collar, sleeves, bottom trim and either side of the zip are in Charcoal Grey. The panels are in Lemon Yellow with a late 1940s - early 1950s Chimayo design in white, pale blue, red and black. This knitted jacket is made from specially selected Italian cotton/polyacrylic mix yarn and manufactured in the UK.

These knitted jackets are perfect to keep you warm in the colder weather and feature a double layer of knitted fabric.

To get the most out of your knitted jacket, we recommend these are washed as wool and dried flat.

DELIVERY

We do our best to dispatch orders within one working day after they have been placed (working days are Monday to Friday only). There may be a delay if an order is placed while we are working away at an event, in which case orders are dispatched after we return. Please check our ‘Events’ section for details and dates of the events we will be trading at. If we are away for any other reasons, such as being on holiday, we always put a notice on our website homepage, so that it can be seen before placing an order.

DELIVERY OPTIONS AVAILABLE

Within the UK:
We offer two delivery options within the UK, depending on how urgently you require your order and how much you wish to pay:

Royal Mail Tracked 48 - Sent by courier with Royal Mail tracked, depending on the weight of the item - 3 to 5 working days.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 - Sent by courier with Royal Mail tracked and delivered within 24 hours of scanning at dispatch Post Office.

Please Note: If you need your order in less than 1 week we do not recommend the economy delivery option as we cannot guarantee that you will get it in time.

Deliveries outside of the UK:
These will be sent by Royal Mail or an express DHL delivery is also available. Approximate delivery times are:

Europe - 3 to 5 working days
Rest of World - 7 to 10 working days
DHL delivery worldwide - guaranteed 3 - 5 working days
Confirmation that your order has been dispatched will be sent to the email provided with the order.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

The customer is responsible for the correct delivery address for their order, and this must be provided on the order form at our checkout. Please note that we do not use Paypal details when processing orders and this includes addresses.

ORDERS THAT ARE LATE OR HAVE NOT BEEN RECEIVED

A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided on the order form and it is the customers responsibility to make sure they are available to accept delivery of the goods.

If your order has not been received within the expected time please contact us and we will help to locate it. However, if an order is returned to us after a failed delivery, (such as the customer giving an incorrect delivery address or they were not at the delivery address to accept the delivery), the customer is responsible for the additional postage costs to resend the order, including any customs charges that may be incurred.
